The cuisine of our restaurant in Castelluccio di Norcia offers a selection of typical products from the Sibillini Mountains and our beloved Monte Vettore, served in the traditional way, with the intention of enhancing the flavours without altering the authenticity of the products.

The protagonists of our menus are legumes, truffles, cold meats, cheeses and all the other local products from the last few kilometres. You will find our Castelluccio IGP lentils, Pian Grande spelt and roveja farecchiata, a type of polenta made with roveja flour, rich in flavour and nutritional properties. Not to be missed are the Norcia truffles and cold meats, such as the IGP Prosciutto di Norcia and the famous Ciauscolo IGP di Visso.

In the area of Castelluccio, which is rich in livestock and pastures, the seasoned pecorino cheese and the sheep’s ricotta cheese from the farms of Pian Grande cannot be missing from our tables. Also from the pastures of Monte Vettore come the violatri, a special local grass, and the prataioli mushrooms.

When it comes to meat, we focus on local mutton and lamb, which are practically always available, but we also offer pork dishes prepared in the best local tradition.

Our dishes are always prepared with local products. We try to use as many local products as possible, both in terms of the traditionality of the recipes and the control of their production cycle.

Our wine cellar offers a wide selection of white and red wines from Umbria, Marche and Italy.
