This is the route we recommend to reach the peak of Monte Vettore.
The CAI path from Forca di Presta to the top of Monte Vettore is well known, but the most convenient solution is the one that leads directly to the Rifugio Zilioli.
It is a route for trained people, but in summer it is practiced by people of all types.
The route is very easy to follow when there is no snow, it is well visible and well marked. We advise everyone to strictly respect the signs, not to cut the route, to stay on the main road and not to enter areas where there are prohibitions.
Even in the absence of controls by the authorities, we always recommend respecting our park. It is a class A area: no dogs, neither free nor on a leash, absolutely no rubbish on the ground, no fires and no disturbing noise.
